Prada stepped into the jewellery world:

First sample collection: “Eternal Gold”

Vita gazette – Prada, one of Italy’s pride, has created its first jewellery collection, which it calls “Eternal Gold”. The collection prepared by the famous fashion brand represents the first 100% certified recycled gold jewellery collection to be launched.

Grand debut for Prada in the world of jewellery with the Eternal Gold collection. Attention to sustainability is guaranteed thanks to the use of gold that is one hundred percent recycled from industrial sources and used jewellery, and certified, compliant with the standards of the Chain of Custody established by the Responsible Jewelry Council.

All stages of production of gold and diamond jewellery are traceable and this is an exclusive prerogative of Prada that is not offered by any other luxury jewellery or fashion house in the world.

Prada has transferred its stylistic heritage to the collection, highlighting the triangle, the symbol of the Maison founded by Mario Prada. So in the earrings, in the snake-shaped bracelets, in the hearts, in the necklaces and the chokers, there is always the presence of the triangle to underline the innovative character of jewels that speak of love but are constantly revisited with the eyes of Prada.

The collection represents some of the most iconic shapes in the world of high jewellery, from the heart to the snake to the chains and hoop earrings. There are also items focused on the triangular branding of the brand. The pieces, all rigorously Made in Italy, appear jumbo, sculptural and straightforward, giving a noteworthy contemporary mood to the collection.

To promote the initiative, a campaign was launched that includes outstanding personalities, including award-winning American poet and activist Amanda Gorman, “Stranger Things” actress, American model and songwriter Maya Hawke and musician Some Jeon.
