“A Taste of Rome Under the Stars”

 Vita gazette – The “Lungo il Tevere” festival continues to fascinate its visitors in the “Eternal City”. Those who want to spend happy moments with their loved ones in the romantic environment of the Tiber River, which flows through the middle of the city, run to Lungo il Tevere every evening… enthusiastically welcomes its visitors who want to spend a joyful evening with their voices and caressing breezes…

The Romans or the guests of Rome rediscover the heart and symbol of the city, the Tiber quays, on romantic summer evenings. The popular and fun-filled Tiber River event for all takes place in an area stretching from Ponte Sublicio to Ponte Sisto. “Rome Across the Tiber” is organized on a wide scale, with both Romans and tourists in mind.

Many associations are actively involved in environmental and animal protection: the adoption of dogs, the cleaning and care of our habitat, the care of the Tiber as an immense heritage of our city. The program of “Scene – The Cinema along the Tiber” is very rich and varied with guests of the caliber of Carlo Verdone, Paolo Virzì, Paola Minaccioni, Beatrice Baldacci, Franco Angeli and many others. Free screening every evening at 9.30pm.

“Salotto Tevere” is back, the cultural space coordinated by the Artistic Director Giò Di Sarno, singer-songwriter and journalist, Neapolitan but always in Rome. The space is open to anyone who wants to perform, present a book, a disc or spend a simple evening among the people who have the opportunity to attend for free, in an enchanting place, the performances scheduled by the calendar or the performances of passing artists.
