Giorgia and Annalisa won the fourth night of Festival di Sanremo 2025 with Adele’s cover of “Skyfall”.
This year is the 75th edition of the legendary Festival di Sanremo. It consists of five shows held in the iconic Teatro Ariston in Sanremo, Liguria, Italy. Artistic Director Carlo Conti has hosted all five shows, but special co-hosts join each night. At the end of the first evening of Sanremo 2025, Carlo Conti, together with the co-hosts of this first episode, Gerry Scotti and Antonella Clerici, announced the five songs most voted for by the press room and, consequently, first in the ranking of the most popular songs after the pilot episode of the singing event. The ranking of the first evening of the 75th Sanremo Festival was drawn up by the Press, TV and Web Room jury, who voted by expressing their preferences after the performances of the 29 big names in the competition. At the end of the episode, the top five positions were announced. This result is not an actual ranking, but only the five songs most voted by the press room were announced in no order of placement.

Night 2 of Sanremo 2025 results
15 of the acts conquered the Sanremo 2025 stage again, with five acts receiving enough votes to end in the Top Five ranking tonight. The voting to determine the top five was split 50/50 between a radio jury and televoting.
When the votes came in, artistic director and host Carlo Conti revealed the top five in a random order to close out the show:

- Simone Cristicchi – “Quando sarai piccola”
- Fedez – “Battito”
- Achille Lauro – “Incoscienti giovani”
- Lucio Corsi – “Volevo essere un duro”
Night 3 of Sanremo 2025 results
In the second half of the Sanremo 2025, participants sang their songs again. Like Night 2, the top five, determined by a 50% split between a radio jury and televoting, were released randomly at the end of the night.
The top five are:

Coma_Cose – “Cuoricini”
Francesco Gabbani – “Viva la vita”

Giorgia and Annalisa won the fourth night of Festival di Sanremo 2025 with Adele’s cover of “Skyfall”.
The fourth night of Festival di Sanremo 2025 has taken place, with twenty-nine artists returning to the stage this evening to perform a cover of an Italian or international song. Carlo Conti, Mahmood, and Geppi Cucciari hosted the night.
The artists can perform together as a duet or be joined by guest performers. Unlike in previous years, this evening’s results will not contribute to the overall Festival di Sanremo result, so a separate winner has been announced tonight for the cover performances.
A split vote has decided the ranking between a radio jury (50%) and the televote (50%). The final top ten of the fourth night is as follows:

Italy debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1956 and has participated a total of 42 times to date. Italy returned to the Eurovision Song Contest in 2011 having last participated in the contest in 1997. The country has withdrawn from the contest on a number of occasions in the past. Italy has won the contest three times, the first time being in 1964 and the latest being in 2021. Since their return in 2011, Italy has finished in the top 10 on eleven occasions.
