Quality of life ranking 2022: 1st place assigned to Trento

Vita Gazette – ItaliaOggi, Sapienza University of Rome and Cattolica Assicurazioni have published the “Quality of life of cities 2022” ranking. In first place in the Quality-of-Life 2022 ranking, Trento obtained excellent placings in almost all the areas in which the ranking is considered created, finishing in the first groups in eight of the nine dimensions.

The annual report on the quality of life produced by Italia Oggi and La Sapienza University of Rome in collaboration with Cattolica Assicurazioni reaches its 24th edition. The survey published on Monday 7 November examines various parameters, such as business and work, environment, education and training, income, social security, and leisure, and divides the Italian provinces into four macro groups according to the score obtained in each area. and the position occupied in the general classification.

Rome is the first province in terms of quality of life, rising by one position, from 54 to 53 compared to last year. Rieti is in 61st place with a score of 608.69, while Viterbo is 69th. After Latina, the province of Frosinone remains in 78th place in the ranking.

On the other hand, there are several provinces in southern Italy to close. The last is Crotone, preceded by Syracuse, Caltanissetta, Naples, Agrigento, and Catania. The general picture that emerges is in fact that of an Italy that is divided in two: on the one hand the North that has been able to rise again, on the other the South still characterized by numerous critical issues and pockets of unease.

Trento

In first place in the Quality-of-Life 2022 ranking is Trento which boasts excellent placings in almost all the areas considered to draw up the ranking, obtaining positions in the leading groups in eight out of nine dimensions.

Crotone

In the Quality-of-Life 2022 ranking, Crotone occupies the last position.

Syracuse

Penultimate place for Syracuse, placed at number 106 in the ranking dedicated to the quality of life of Italian cities.

Caltanissetta

Naples

Slight leap forward for Naples, the capital of Campania gains two places compared to the 2021 ranking, moving from position number 106 to position number 104. The survey highlights a significant phenomenon, that of the split between the Center-North on the one hand and the South and Islands on the other, as no southern or island province is in the leading 32 group.

Turin

Turin is the city that loses more positions in the space of a year: the capital of Piedmont drops by 35 places, passing from the nineteenth to the fifty-fourth position.

Milan

Milan maintains the same position in that of Quality of Life, remaining in fifth place as in the last edition.

Florence

Florence remains off the podium and climbs two places and is placed in fourth position. The new 2022 report is characterized by an expansion of the indicators used to draw up the ranking of the Quality of Life, especially in the section dedicated to work, where both the employment rate and the male and female unemployment are now distinguished.

Bologna

Lowest step of the podium and bronze medal for Bologna, third in the ranking of the Quality-of-Life 2022. Among the new indicators used for this year’s report, there is also that of the so-called neat (not in education, employment, or training), relating to people between the ages of 15 and 29 who are neither studying nor working, nor are they training.
